The Applicant Company designated below, hereby applies for membership in the National Association of Credit Management-Greater Cleveland ("NACM-GC"). The Applicant hereby agrees to pay annual dues as may hereafter be determined by the Board of Trustees (the current annual dues are $295.00 for primary members and $120.00 for associate members), which entitles the member company to participate in services offered by the National Association of Credit Management as well as NACM-GC. The Applicant understands that dues are payable in advance and are due on January 1st of each year. Dues for mid-year memberships will be pro-rated. The Applicant further understands that approval of membership is in the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees and that the member must abide by all rules and regulations of NACM-GC. It is also understood and agreed that the Applicant Company's membership may be terminated at any time without notice by the Board of Trustees at the sole discretion of the Board of Trustees, with or without cause. This Application shall become effective when accepted by the Board of Trustees and shall automatically be renewed from year to year unless written notice of cancellation is given 30 days or more prior to the annual renewal date. It is also understood that this is a company, and not an individual, membership and that the Company may designate its representative of the Applicant Company as set forth below.
