Date:                March 23, 2009 (Tuesday)

                        Registration/Cancellation Deadline:  Wednesday, March 17, 2010(close of business)

                        (We need the legal names, SS numbers and contact phone numbers of the tour participants by March 17)

Tour participants will need to have valid driver license (or passport) to be admitted on the tour.

Tour participants will have unescorted privileges on the concourse area.

IMPORTANT:  We will need names, SS numbers, and telephone numbers in advance for everyone who is coming.  The airport needs this for security clearance reasons.

After the event people are free to go to one of the restaurants for drinks (at their own expense) or to shop any of the new shops in the galleria.

 

Where:             Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

                        5300 Riverside Drive

                        Cleveland, Ohio 44135

We will meet promptly at 5:30 P.M. at the information desk inside the airport, and will be escorted to the Hopkins Room.  You must be on time.  Everyone must have a valid I.D. such as a driver license or passport.  Airport personnel will not allow anyone in who does not have this information.

 

Parking is available at the airport lots (regular rates).

We suggest car pooling as much as possible and parking in short-term parking or shuttling from one of the other lots and split the cost.
